Не секрет что чемпионат и чемпионат ЧФС не слишком популярны среди большой части игроков из-за того что вся слава достаеться 5% союзов ...остальные как-бы не удел!!!
Мое предложение заключаеться убрать чемпионат ЧФС вообще,а рейтинг федераций определять по чемпионату.
Например - Силу каждого уровня определять по 4-6-8-10 командам(это нужно решать).
4 лвл - 8 команд(к примеру) 5-8 6-8 7-8 8-8 9-8 10-8. Всего 56 команд могут принести зачетные очки в копилку федераций!!!(Брать нужно по наибольшим очкам среди лучших).
6 дивизионов.На 6 - 16 место принесет 1 очко а 1 - 16.
В 5 дивизионе 16-17 очков а 1 - 32 и.т.д.
Федерация занявшая 1 место по очкам получает 400% кача.
Но % кача для других федераций нужно как-то улучшать в лучшую сторону и как можно больше должно увеличиться их количество ведь на классике их 200!!!

А тут начинаеться ЧФС и начинаеться аренды игроков 9-10 уровня разным командам 6-7 уровня.
А ведь без аренды многие команды ничем не выделяються!!!
Если бы запретить аренду во время ЧФС - то картина савсем другой была бы!!!
Чемпионат проходит в течении 30 дней и это даст более объективную картину!!!

аренда это не махинации...их нельзя запретить biggrin.gif

Тогда получаеться рейтинг возглавят те у кого она круче ... Чемпионат по определению выиграть слабым составом тяжелее.
Аренду напрямую можно ведь только один раз получить от одной комы.
